Charlotte is currently a superintendent at South Fork School District #14. Her past teaching experiences include preschool, Title 1 Reading and Math at the elementary and junior high, high school foreign language, undergraduate and graduate courses at Western Illinois University and adult literacy education. Charlotte previously served as an elementary and junior high school principal at La Harpe School District. She holds an M.S. degree in Reading, with Reading Specialist certification, and an Ed.S. degree in Educational Administration from WIU. Charlotte currently resides in Kincaid with her husband Barry. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafts, piano, and traveling.
