An Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations at Illinois State University in Normal, Dianne is a former school speech clinician, professor in teacher education at Alverno College, and assessment and evaluation consultant. She currently teaches organizational theory, supervision of instructional programs, and assessment and evaluation courses as well as a leadership seminar. Dianne is also a regular assessment and evaluation speaker in both PK12 and higher education and serves as an ongoing consultant to the Illinois Board of Higher Education for the evaluation of professional development partnerships between schools and colleges and universities.
